Let's get your team setting stretching goals and knowing that they will achieve them.
High performing teams are critical in today's world to maximise potential and ultimately outcomes or profit. They are fundamental to success in an ever changing world. Flexibility, positive response to challenge and resilience are key behaviours that enable good teams to become great.
Living Life Learning works with teams to increase their potential by focussing on where they can fly and where the blocks are. Understanding the way different personalities can best knit together and what impact individuals are having in their team, leads to critical debate and increased awareness of each person's contribution to team success.
Commitment to co-coaching on individual goals (related to both team and personal work targets) leads to mutual accountability that builds trust and team spirit. Discovering possible sabotage points that may influence a team negatively and devising strategies to deal with these before they happen, raises awareness and responsibility in the team and broadens thinking.
Our team facilitators and mentors work experientially and bring a breadth of experience to team development that will ensure your team knits together even more effectively. We can work indoors or outdoors, using tasks that will challenge and stimulate productive discussion as well as being great fun!
We offer individually tailored programmes, designed with you, to match your learning and development needs.
